(More customer reviews)I did not expect the product to be shipped in a ziploc bag! I expected to receive NEW in it's own box. While they appeared to be "New", I believe they were part of an entire set(steamer and all)and taken out of the box and sold. One roller was ripped at the top.
I love Caruso rollers, but will not purchase them from this company again.
