(More customer reviews)This product works if you are willing to sacrifice the health of your hair. After one use, my hair was barely brushable and strands were shriveled. My hair is slightly on the dry side to begin with so I would not recommend this product unless you have very healthy locks to start. I even gave it a second chance since it did neutralize some brassy tones. I mixed a small amount with my regular shampoo in hopes to minimize damage, unsuccessfully. I have thrown it away and had to spend a large amount of money on expensive reconstructing products to counteract the result of using this product.
