(More customer reviews)I swim several times a week, and before using this shampoo, my hair was dry and often reeked of chlorine. This product is amazing at restoring the hair after a pool swim and does a great job at removing the chlorine. I also highly recommend the conditioner.
On the other hand, my stylist recommends soaking my hair in cold water before swimming so my hair doesn't absorb as much of the pool water.
