My current job doesn't require me to leave the house every day. My shower takes a looooong time to heat up, and my apartment is freezingly cold. Put the two together, and I really don't like showering every day. No, I'm not a dirty person. Yes, I always shower after a workout. I'm just really lazy about showering daily.
Plus, I've been hearing more and more how washing your hair every day can be very drying - and therefore damaging - by stripping it of its natural oils. Problem is, those oils look nasty on my head when I haven't washed my hair that day. Not anymore!
Use as directed: spray onto your roots from a slight distance, brush through, style as usual and you'll have more volume and no more greasy look! I could feel a slight something in my hair, not greasiness, not stickiness, maybe sort of a powdered feeling like I had brushed out hairspray in there, but nothing that anyone would ever notice.
My hair is best described as "dark blonde." I have some highlights that are half grown out, but especially at the top, my hair isn't particularly light. This spray is not going to change your hair color. I'd say I look maybe - maybe - a shade lighter when I use it, and it blends in easily with the rest of my hair.
