(More customer reviews)It's a shampoo. Doesn't seem to dry out my hair, but even leaving it on for several minutes doesn't make any difference in my color, and I am a fair coppery redhead! The packaging is pretty awful, too. The shampoo is thick (which is good, because you have to keep in on your hair for minutes at a time), and you can barely get it out of the bottle. I won't be repurchasing. It's nice shampoo-wise, but doesn't do what it promises, and for that price, it should.
