(More customer reviews)I reviewed this product as part of the Amazon VINEs program, where only the Dry Hair formula was available. I have curly hair that is oily rather than dry, so I didn't expect this product to be optimal for me.
The manufacturer recommends using both the shampoo and the conditioner, but I only had the shampoo for review. It did a modest job of cleaning my hair (again, it's intended for dry-normal hair, which I do not have). I used regular conditioner afterward, and still saw noticeable results.
The product appears to work best if used for 2-3 days in a row. The results of alternating use with other shampoos doesn't produce the same results.
It quieted the curl in my hair-- not removing it, but softening it-- without leaving heavy residue as anti-curl styling products do. I was only able to test it during the dry summer months of Sacramento, so I can't tell how well it combats frizz from higher humidity.
Overall, I think this would work really well for people with curly, dry-normal hair, and recommend giving it a try.
