(More customer reviews)For several years (it began in 1995) I suffered from extensive psoriasis on my scalp. It's a skin disease marked by red, itchy, scaly patches. I tried several shampoo's recommended by barbers and pharmacologist but to no avail. Finally I went to see a dermatologist. He prescribed 'Dermovate lotion', not available at Amazon.com.
That lotion cured me of the psoriasis but this would only be temporarily if not followed up by a special shampoo. The dermatologist told me that 'Kerium' would do the job. I use it for more than ten years now and the psoriasis never showed up again. (Those familiar with the disease know how easy it can return).
P.S. You need a prescription for 'Dermovate Lotion', but I don't know if it is available in the U.S.
