(More customer reviews)I have extremely curly, extremely voluminous, and extremely fragile hair. I live in MN so you can imagine during the winter months, my hair is basically one big breakable afro. Now, I am very particular about the products I use: no silicones, no animal testing, etc. Typically products that follow this profile are criminally expensive. Enter Alagio Silk.
This is a beautiful conditioner. To be honest, when I first saw the price tag I was expecting another inferior product because I am so snobbishly trained to look down my nose at any curly hair product that is remotely economical. However, every time I use this conditioner my hair responds with immediate softness and saturation (could my writing be anymore dramatic right now??). The smell is nice (but not overwhelming) and I've notice a definitive improvement in the overall manageability and strength of my hair.
I've tried Ouidad (AWFUL!!), Simply Organic ($$$!!!), Aveda (FRAUD!!!), and just about every other mainstream designer hair line out there. Curly hair seekers, seek no more. Alagio Silk is our money friendly savior!!
