I spray a bunch in my hair while it is still wet then blow dry , spray more on to get it slightly wet and style it with the hair dryer and a round brush - and it makes my hair thicker and gives it body without making it stiff. The first day I used it my friends said it made a huge difference in my hair. My hair is not real thin, it's just very fine and flat and straight.This thickens my hair and looks natural. I swear by it and NEED this product to have decent hair.
