I have curly, normal to a bit oily, fine and thin hair. And I'm in my 40's. I'm from 80's land where we want VOLUME in our hair. That means lift, body, and big hair.
This conditioner did the exact opposite of that - flat hair with no body practially glued to my head. Maybe it was too much conditioner for my hair - but it certainly did not impart any volume whatsoever. I used a nickel sized amount and rinsed well.
Due to the fact it is supposed to volumize your hair I cannot really recommend it.
