I use it everyday and don't want to ever go without it. I have very fine, thin hair so it really makes my hair feel thick. Don't use too much because it can make it too heavy, but just a few pumps all over the head is perfect!
I did read in a previous review that it will change the color of very blond hair, I have bleach blond hair but have not noticed that being an issue at all.
