(More customer reviews)This is another stunning but stinky product by Lush that works wonders. Yes, it's true all you hear about the strange scent, it's a mix of weird herbs and spices that smells a bit icky, like a medieval apothecary in some deep cave, but honestly it doesn't bother me at all, the results are worth it! I really like treatments that are applied to dry, unwashed hair because they can be left on longer than a shower session can provide and they really penetrate to the core of the dryness. I use this on the weekends, about 2-3 times a month, some times I would keep it on for 20 minutes or when I have more time I would even wear it for 2-3 hours, depends, just make sure to shampoo thoroughly, the scent might linger a tiny bit.
This makes hair really soft and smooth, it's not a permanent feeling but it makes up for any abuse I inflict upon it. Leave it to lush to mush up all sorts of things into it, I especially like the avocado and banana but there's also fresh bay, watercress, eggs, balsamic vinegar ( I kid you not), cinnamon leaf oil, rosemary and olive oils and lanolin. This washes out without any problems and I really like the way my hair feels for days after. I takes that slight bit of frizz out and is great to use before any big events when one really wants to look their best.

Upon looking at a fresh salad your first thought is probably to eat it, not rub the dressing into your hair, but we thought some of those ingredients would be perfect in a hair mask. We put balsamic vinegar in for a healthy, glossy shine, extra virgin olive oil to strengthen the hair and moisturize the scalp and fresh organic avocados to make it taste good...err...to add softness and nourishment. It may smell like a salad dressing, but trust us, it's for making your hair strong, soft and shiny.
