Granted, we all have short hair styles so perhaps it doesn't work as well on longer hair, but we have had no problems with the product. The shampoo cleans well, rinses out nicely, and smells very clean and fresh. I've ordered it directly from "Heaven's Gate" but with the shipping, it's expensive. Amazon has it at a much more reasonable price.
