I tried this set and although it made my hair feel silky smooth, I noticed it began falling out even worse, it made my hair strands weaker than before. I have fine African American hair and this product did not work for me. I immediately changed to Charles Worthington shampoo and conditioner, my hair instantly stopped breaking and is healthier than ever. Not a shameless plug, just the truth and I hope I can help someone else because it's very hurtful to a woman when her hair falls out.
