(More customer reviews)I love this stuff. I use it as a shampoo, and I don't even have to use conditioner anymore. It gives my hair more body, and I like that I can use one bar of soap for my hair and my body. It saves me a lot of money, and lasts a really long time. The smell is pretty goodm but not overpowering. I've been reading that commercial shampoos have a lot of nasty ingredients in them, so I feel a lot safer putting this stuff on my body. I've also heard that castille soaps like this are great for backpacking, and I'm looking forward to replacing my nasty camp soap with this stuff!
