(More customer reviews)I decided to try Suave after my long-time brand, Pantene, kept changing their formula and their new products no longer worked for me (including Pantene Pro-V Fine Hair Solutions Flat to Volume Conditioner, 25.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3) and Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Conditioner, Moisture Balance, 25.4-Ounce (Pack of 2)).
When I first tried Suave, I started with their Suave Professionals Conditioner, Almond & Shea Butter for Dry, Damaged Hair, 14.5-ounce Bottles (Pack of 6) even though my hair is fine, not dry and damaged. This is because with other product lines that I have used in the past, I have always found that the conditioners described as "voluminzing" or made specifically for fine hair did not provide my hair with adequate moisturization, leaving it hard to manage and prone to tangling. Although I did like the Suave Almond & Shea Butter Product, I found that it over-conditioned my hair, so I decided to switch to this formula.
Suave's Aloe Vera & Ginseng just may be the perfect conditioner for my fine hair! Most conditioners for fine hair are thin and runny; this one is still nice and thick. Given that my hair is thin, it can tangle easily, so I need a conditioner which moisturizes well without weighing it down, and this one definitely does the trick. In addition, it has a very nice, subtle, fresh scent. I am thrilled to have found a conditioner that works so well AND is inexpensive too! I also use the Suave Professionals Shampoo, Aloe Vera & Ginsing for Fine Hair, 14.5-ounce Bottles (Pack of 6), and I am very pleased with how the two products work together.
Given my experience with these products, I would not hesitate to recommend anything in the Suave professionals line.
