(More customer reviews)I love this product! It reminds me of Pssssst! and though the smell is different, I think it's very nice. It makes your hair feel very soft and nice and doesn't make it too white (although with any spray item, at times it has a mind of its own and deposits more powder than spray). One of the reasons I really like this product is that it is a "refresher" as well. I cannot wash my "down to my boobs" hair every day, or I will have to cut it off. Plus, I have OILY hair. So I REALLY need help here. I have been very pleased with the results of the Algemarin. i have to say that my favorite is still the old Pssssst! with scent, but they do not make it any more so that settles that!
As I wrote in my other review of another dry shampoo, there is a technique to using dry shampoo and if you are anything but grey haired or blonde, there is a procedure you must follow. First, never spray it on hair that will be the outer hairs of your "do" meaning don't spray it where you plan to part your hair. Spray it just underneath it. Second after spraying, take a towel and towel rub it through your hair. Then take a soft BRISTLE brush and brush your hair till all the white is gone and it looks more normal. Wipe off any remaining "white" residue with a slightly damp washcloth or soft paper towel. Style as usual!
